Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Sienna account and associated connection data, open a request on the Sienna support page. Ask for a private account-verification channel. Do not post your email address, passwords, access tokens, connected-service data, or other credentials in a public issue.

Sienna will verify that you control the account before deleting eligible profile, connection, session, request, and result data. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. The support response will explain any information that cannot yet be deleted and why.
