Terms of Service
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Using Sienna
You may use Sienna only if you can form a binding agreement and your use is permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for your account, the services and data you connect, and confirming that you have authority to access them. Keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Permitted use
Do not use Sienna to break the law, violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or obtain data you are not authorized to access. Automated use must follow the published tool inputs, limits, confirmations, and recovery instructions.
Connected services and results
Connected services have their own terms and availability. Sienna may return incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate results, so you must review important decisions independently. Tool results do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Cancelling a Sienna analysis job does not change data held by a connected advertising service.
Availability and termination
Sienna may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit or terminate access for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or material breach reasons. You may stop using Sienna and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sienna is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sienna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be submitted through the Sienna support page.
