What Sienna collects
Sienna collects the account information you provide, the connections and permissions you approve, the requests you submit, the results returned to you, and limited diagnostic and security information needed to provide and protect the service. When you connect an advertising or analytics service, Sienna processes only the data available through the permissions you granted, including requested account, campaign, ad, creative, date, and performance fields.
How Sienna uses information
Sienna uses this information to authenticate you, perform the actions you request, return results and job status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law. Sienna does not sell personal data or use connected advertising data to train a general-purpose AI model.
Sharing
Sienna sends a requested result—including the requested advertising resource identifiers
and performance fields—to the AI host or client you chose. It may also exchange
data with a service you explicitly connected and with vendors that help operate Sienna,
subject to appropriate protections. Sienna may disclose information when required by law
or to protect users and the service. When you approve the openid and
email permissions, Sienna also shares your verified Sienna account email with
that host so its workspace access rules can be applied. Account credentials for connected
services are not included in tool results sent to an AI host.
Retention and control
Account and connection information is retained while your account or connection remains active and for a limited period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Hosted analysis job state is normally available for up to 24 hours, and request and result history is normally retained for up to 30 days. You can disconnect an AI host without signing out other Sienna sessions, and you can request deletion by following the data deletion instructions.
Security and contact
Sienna applies safeguards appropriate to the information it processes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. For privacy questions or requests, contact Sienna through the support page. Do not post personal information or credentials in a public issue; ask for a private channel.
